• Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days after confirmation.
• Since many of our products are handcrafted, certain items may require additional time. If so, we will notify you promptly.

• We ship across India through trusted delivery partners.
• Standard delivery timelines are 5–10 business days depending on your location.
• For remote areas, delivery may take slightly longer.

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be communicated on the website or through our social media channels.

• In line with our philosophy, all orders are shipped in eco-friendly, recyclable, or upcycled packaging.

•  Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to follow its journey.

• At present, Pushpam ships only within India. We are working to make international shipping available soon.

• While we strive to deliver within the mentioned timelines, unforeseen delays (weather, courier disruptions, festivals, etc.) may occur.
