Refund policy

At Pushpam every product is handcrafted with devotion and care. Since our offerings are made from upcycled, natural, and handcrafted materials, each piece is unique and may carry slight variations in color, texture, or finish. These are not defects but a mark of authenticity.

• Due to the handcrafted and sustainable nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
• Returns will only be accepted in the rare case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item being shipped.

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/video and order details.
• Once verified, we will either issue a replacement or process a refund to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at contact@pushpam.co.
• Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.

• For safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:\Customized or personalized products
• Gift cards or e-gift vouchers
