1. Do Pushpam products melt when exposed to sunlight?
No. Pushpam products do not melt in sunlight, but if exposed to prolonged heat, the material may temporarily soften. Once cooled, it naturally regains its original shape and strength. To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping them indoors or in shaded areas.
2. Are the air bubbles or textures on the product defects?
Not at all. These natural air pockets are part of the material’s character — just like lava stone — making every Pushpam creation one-of-a-kind. They are marks of authenticity and pride, not flaws.
3. Do Pushpam products carry fragrance?
Some products may retain a mild natural fragrance for a short while, but over time they settle into their natural neutral state.
4. Are the products fragile?
Pushpam products are durable for daily use but should be handled with care, just like any handcrafted décor or artifact. Dropping them on hard surfaces may cause damage.

5. How do I clean Pushpam products?
Simply wipe with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth. Avoid harsh detergents, scrubbing, or soaking in water, as these may damage the finish.
6. Can I place Pushpam products outdoors?
We recommend indoor use for longevity. If kept outdoors, ensure they are away from continuous water exposure (like rain) to maintain their finish.They can handle light contact with moisture (like wiping), but soaking or immersing them in water may damage the printed surface.
7. Will the colour fade over time?
Since our products are made from natural flowers, slight variations and soft aging of tones may occur over years; this adds to their organic beauty.
8. Are Pushpam products safe for children?
Yes. Pushpam products are made using natural flower waste and non-toxic binders, making them safe to keep around children. However, since they are handcrafted artifacts, they are not toys and should be handled with care.

Yes, we specialise in curating customised hampers, trophies, and memorabilia for events, corporates, and personal occasions.
10. Do you ship internationally?
Yes but only for bulk orders. Direct international shipping for Pushpam products are currently work in process we will update the space once we are open to taking individual international orders.
11 Why do we need 5 to 7 days for dispatch of each order?
Each Pushpam product is handcrafted after receiving an order. The flowers are processed in small batches, and artisans carefully finish every piece. This takes time, which is why we need 5–7 days before dispatch to ensure you receive a fresh, high-quality product.

14. How do you measure emissions at Pushpam?
We follow a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) method to calculate the environmental impact of each product. This involves:
- Measuring emissions that would have been released if flowers were dumped in landfills, rivers, or burnt.
- Calculating energy and resource use in our own recycling process.
- Comparing both to find the net positive impact.
On average, recycling 1 kg of floral waste prevents around 2.8 kg of CO₂e emissions. This scientific approach ensures every Pushpam product you buy comes with real, measurable climate benefits.
